Description The Bahia 46, the latest luxury cruising catamaran from Fountaine Pajot, is well designed and superbly crafted. She does a nice job of filling the gab between the Venezia 42 and the Marquises 56. Her exterior features include fine-entry bows, a streamlined profile, modern fractional rig, and an innovative roof "cap", which lets light and air into the saloon cabin. As with her sister ships, performance is high on all points of sail due to an efficient underbody and sail plan. The inboard engines are accessible from the deck aft of the cockpit. Her balance under sail is accentuated by an easy-to-handle sailplan. The cockpit is large and well protected for extended cruising. The Bahia is available in three configurations: an Owners layout where one entire hull is a private suite; a Bareboat Charter layout with four double staterooms, and a Crewed Charter version.
